Membership & Fees
In 2019 membership is to be paid in two parts:
- PADHC component
- Hockey SA component - paid directly to Hockey Australia/Hockey SA
All playing members must register via the PADHC/Hockey SA Registration Portal.
The Club will issue all players with an invoice for their annual membership fees. This invoice will be based upon your membership status in 2018.
2019 PADHC Membership Fee & Categories
HOCKEY AUSTRALIA/HOCKEY SA Component
All South Australian hockey players participating in a Hockey SA or Regional Association competition must purchase a Hockey Australia/Hockey SA Individual Registration Fee online prior to playing their first game.

Invoicing and Payment Terms
Payment in full is due on the 31st March.
Otherwise payable in 3 equal instalments 30th April, 31st May, 30th June.

Early Payment Discount
All members that pay their fees in full by the 31st March will receive a 10% rebate. This rebate will be applied to your membership card for your use on club bar/canteen purchases.
All members are issued with a membership card.
Financial members are entitled to a 10% discount on all bar and canteen purchases on the presentation of their membership card.
All cards have been deactivated for the discount until such time as members become financial.
Method of Payment
Our preferred method of payment is by direct deposit into our account or by using the PAY NOW button on your invoice which will provide for immediate payment via credit card.
We can now also accept scheduled payments by instalments charged to your credit card. Please contact email@example.com.
Payment may also be made at the clubhouse via cash or EFTPOS.
Please ensure that you are issued with a receipt that clearly identifies you.
The Club recognises the considerable burden families have for fees and applies a family cap on membership fees.
Family fees are capped at the value of the first three most expensive family members fees.
The balance of the family is exempt from membership fees but must pay the match fees.
The Sports Vouchers program is a Government of South Australia initiative administered by the Office for Recreation, Sport and Racing. The program provides an opportunity for primary school aged children from Reception to Year 7 to receive up to a $100 discount on sports or dance membership/registration fees. The purpose is to increase the number of children playing organised sport or participating in dance activities by reducing cost as a barrier. From 1 January 2019 several changes have been made to the program, including the vouchers being increased from $50 to $100. Download your voucher today at http://www.sportsvouchers.sa.gov.au/
Please email your Vouchers to firstname.lastname@example.org ASAP, even if you are not in position to pay the balance of your child(children) at this stage. Also, when paying their 2019 fees due pay the amount invoiced LESS $100 for the sports voucher. This is because the SportsVouchers rules and regulations do not allow us to refund any overpayment and you have then used your child’s voucher for the year.
Representative Players and Officials
Representative players and officials may be entitled to a fee rebate to recognise their achievement and offset the additional costs they incur.
Rebates will only be applied upon official notification of a player or officials participation in the representative team.
Fees must be paid in full in accordance with the Clubs payment terms regardless of anticipated future selection or participation. Rebates may then be applied to future membership obligations or refunded by application to the Treasurer.
Members may apply to the committee for additional payment terms or consideration for fee reductions.
Members may also apply to the committee for a reduction in fees where they may be absent or unavailable for any considerable time during the season.
Members are reminded that it their responsibility to ensure that they have paid the appropriate membership fee on time.
Members with fees outstanding from previous years will not be permitted to participate in games or events organised and managed by the Port Adelaide District Hockey Club.
