ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Invoicing and payment terms

Fees are due and payable by:

  • Seniors: 30 April
  • Juniors: 31 May

If you want to pay by instalments, please contact our Finance team who will arrange this for you.

Method of Payment

Our preferred method of payment is by direct deposit into our account or by using the PAY NOW button on your invoice which will ask for immediate payment via credit card.

Family Cap

The Club recognises the considerable burden families have for fees and applies a family cap on membership fees.

Family fees are capped at the value of the first three most expensive family members fees.

The balance of the family is exempt from membership fees but must pay the match fees.

Junior Sports Vouchers

The Sports Vouchers program is a Government of South Australia initiative administered by the Office for Recreation, Sport and Racing. The program provides 2 x $100 vouchers per child, per calendar year and is available to children living in South Australia in Reception to Year 9.

To download your voucher and get more information, visit the Sports Vouchers website.

Please email your completed voucher to the Treasurer so we can submit it for approval and payment.

Representative Players and Officials

Representative players and officials may be entitled to a fee rebate to recognise their achievement and offset the additional costs they incur.

Rebates will only be applied upon official notification of a player or officials participation in the representative team.

Fees must be paid in full in accordance with the Clubs payment terms regardless of anticipated future selection or participation. Rebates may then be applied to future membership obligations or refunded by application to the Treasurer.

Special Circumstances

Members may apply to the Board for additional payment terms or consideration for fee reductions.

Members may also apply to the Board for a reduction in fees where they may be absent or unavailable for any considerable time during the season.

Un-Financial Players

Members are reminded that it is their responsibility to ensure that they have paid the appropriate membership fee on time.

Members with fees outstanding from previous years will not be permitted to participate in games or events organised and managed by the Port Adelaide District Hockey Club.
